Depth Connection Gatherings are a unique way to process in community to increase feelings of connection, release shame, and find healing with others. Our religious trauma gatherings focus on processing harm from religion or cults including difficulties around purity culture, strict or confusing rules, loss of community, feelings of spiritual homelessness, and guilt.
