Workshops

We believe healing happens in community. When we can co-regulate with others, it's easier to find the bravery to delve deep into ourselves to release what holds us back. We also find profound growth and comfort when others see us and accept us for who we are.

Meet your Guides

Kris and Keera attended the comprehensive Svalja trauma-conscious yoga teacher training in 2022. Keera went on to take a yin yoga certification class, and Kris completed a psychedelic guide training course through Indwelling in 2023.

They have a passion for assisting others in diving deep into themselves to find growth and healing. They believe we are all capable of finding our strength through accepting all that we are.

As we grow closer to spring, we can feel antsy for change. More sunlight tends to bring more energy and a desire to move and grow like the plants that stir underground. Come join us for a chance to reset, renew, and release what holds you back with our Plant-Assisted Emotional Spring Cleaning Workshop.

We’ll provide locally sourced and hand grown cannabis to any who wish to use it and guide participants through gentle movement, journaling and/or artwork, group work to feel connected and supported, and guided meditation. If you’d like to bring your own preferred type of plant medicine, please feel free. You're also completely welcome to remain fully sober for this event or use calming tea.

Plant medicine can help open us up, more deeply explore ourselves, and make it easier to release unwanted emotions and beliefs.

The entirety of the ceremony will run up to 3 hours, and you are invited to participate or not participate for any of the activities. If you have social anxiety, no worries. There is no need to talk or share unless you want to. This is a safe, non-judgmental space to be yourself.

We’ll be meeting downstairs at 902 E 1st St, Duluth, MN 55805. Please use the left most side door off 9th Ave and find us in the big room with the red carpet. We’ll provide light refreshments, cold beverages, and hot tea and/or coffee. We ask for a $15-$25 suggested donation.

We’ll look forward to seeing you there!
