Mindful, Supportive Body Work & Energy Care

My body work is a form of energy care that uses loving, intentional touch to relieve tension, release blockages, gently unwind knots, and invite a deep sense of ease. Inspired by tantra, I weave together the physical and the spiritual so your whole being—body, mind, and soul—feels tended to.

I use decadent, warm massage oil infused with nourishing botanicals and homegrown CBD, paired with calming music, soft blankets, and candlelight to create a peaceful, nurturing setting. If desired, I can incorporate Eastern healing modalities like gua sha and cupping to further support your body's natural healing.

Touch and attention are essential to human thriving, yet many people go without enough of either. That’s why I see body work as an act of radical self-care—a chance to fully let go, feel cherished, and be deeply cared for. This work is my passion. I’ve been on this path for over a decade, am a Reiki III/Master practitioner, and have trained alongside massage therapists. I love tuning in and listening with presence to each client’s unique needs.

My approach focuses on lighter, intentional touch that helps you feel amazing—not sore. I emphasize platonic intimacy, soulful energy work, and gentle pleasure to realign the body and restore balance. I welcome adults (18+) of all ages, body types, ethnicities, genders, and orientations. I know that receiving touch can be vulnerable, and my goal is always to create a space where you feel safe, accepted, and honored.

You don’t need to shave, apologize for your body, or change anything about yourself. Got body hair, scars, skin tags, rough heels, or a regrettable tattoo? No problem. Have something someone shamed you about? You're welcome here. All bodies deserve love and care. The only thing I ask is that you show up relatively clean—no prep needed beyond that.

A Note on Boundaries
This is a directional, therapeutic service focused entirely on you. While clients may be anywhere from dressed to undressed, I remain fully clothed. I ask that clients keep their hands and any spicy comments or sexual energy to themselves. I keep everything professional and only work with those who respect that. That said, it’s totally okay to have physical responses, emotions, or make little sounds—this is a space for your humanness.
