I offer accessible yoga classes and wellness workshops for businesses, nonprofits, and community groups who want to support wellbeing in a way that’s human, inclusive, and sustainable.

These offerings are designed for real people with real lives, not just those who already practice yoga or consider themselves wellness people. No flexibility, fitness level, or spiritual belief is required.

All sessions are trauma-awar and grounded in nervous system care, with a focus on helping participants feel calmer, more present, and better resourced in their daily lives.

Yoga Offerings

Gentle, Meditative Yoga (Yin-Inspired)
Slow, accessible postures held with care and intention. These classes emphasize breath, rest, and nervous system regulation, making them especially supportive for high-stress environments, caregivers, desk workers, and folks experiencing burnout.

Gentle Flow & Strength-Building Yoga
A slow, mindful flow that gently builds strength, stability, and mobility without pushing intensity. These classes create a light sense of heat while prioritizing joint health, balance, and sustainable movement. Suitable for beginners and mixed-experience groups.
